GOOD NEWS OR BAD NEWS I WANT TO HEAR IT! If there is ever a problem, I need to know about it as quickly as possible in order for it to get resolved in a timely manner. Please do not ever hesitate to contact me via telephone, text, email, or courier pigeon- just communicate. Remember you are my eyes and ears and I cannot fix a problem if I do not know about it. Most real estate problems and issues are not self resolving they only get bigger and more expensive with time; for example a roof leak never gets smaller nor fixes itself. I have found that addressing issues as they arise assures that problems never get larger or out of control.

This summer is supposed to be to a hot one. In fact weathermen are calling for record high temperatures so be sure to drink lots of fluid, don’t stay in the sun too long, and stay hydrated. Please make sure your A/C Units are functioning properly and any problems need to be brought to my attention.

With the 2012 Olympics scheduled to start July 27th, the July 4th fireworks, and New Summer Movies coming out – this summer will be full of fun and excitement.

How Howie B is working to save you money:

·         We are saving water- reducing water usage by eliminating wasted water, sealing leaks and maximizing efficiencies to reduce any environmental impacts and costs.

FACTOID:   This year marks the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812 and the Battle of Baltimore. An international parade of ships will sail into Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in June 2012 to launch the U.S. Bicentennial commemoration of the War of 1812. The U.S. Navy/OpSail event will feature British, Canadian and other navies plus tall ships from around the world during a week-long event to mark the 200th anniversary of the U.S. declaration of war against Great Britain.
