 As we approach each unit turnover and each repair, we consider our energy efficiency options. The goal in these decisions is to lower utility costs for our tenants, lower usage on the power grid, be ecology-friendly and lower long-term maintenance costs.
      “Going Green” is not a new concept to us. For years, we have been using energy star appliances, installing natural hardwood floors and double-pane insulated windows, and minimizing water leaks. Now, we are continuing this tradition by using higher-efficiency heating & cooling units, tankless water heaters, recycled building products, natural stone countertops, and energy efficient lighting and plumbing products. We also recycle in our debris removal.
      Operating in this fashion also allows us to keep rental rates at very fair levels. We periodically compare our amenities and rents with those of our competitors, and it is clear that we provide very nice updated facilities with numerous amenities at a lower cost.
      As science brings new technologies to market, our energy-saving methods will evolve. We encourage you to save energy and reduce water consumption where you can. Living near your job makes great sense, as does using washers and driers late in the day, when utility usage is far from peak periods.

Safety: Please do not remove or tamper with safety devices such as smoke or CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers and common area lighting.  If a detector beeps inside your unit, change the battery immediately.  For issues concerning common area items contact us at once.

Residential Trash Reminder: Trash needs to be placed at the curb no earlier than 6am of the morning of collection.  If collection day is a holiday, the City does NOT replace the missed day.  Hence, just follow the regular trash schedule.  The fines from the City for not following these rules start at $75.00 each.
